The journal RURAL PERIODICALS [ZESZYTY WIEJSKIE] was established in 1998 as a scientific journal of the Interdisciplinary Rural Research Team at the University of Lodz. Currently, it is published by Lodz University Press and is affiliated with the Faculty of Philosophy and History of the University of Lodz.
The thematic layout of ZESZYTY WIEJSKIE allows for the inclusion of historical and ethnographic sources, both primary and secondary; it provides an opportunity for polemics and monitoring current publications and events that concern rural issues. e-ISSN 2657-4373
